Successfully upgraded to WP 2.5

It all worked without any problems. Tonight I upgraded my WordPress installation to version 2.5, the release that finally came out yesterday. Thanky to the new gallery feature, I will be able to add  photos to my posts more easily. Luckily, I will be able to use all my plugins just like before, they all work fine. This is definitely the coolest Wordpress release ever and the next day I will be checking out some of the new coding features, such as the in-build gravatar function and the possibility to create a custom admin design and, of course, the new shortcode API…lots of cool stuff to test -) How were your first 2.5 moments?

    Hey Daniela! Just carrying on from our last discussion.. I gathered up the courage to update wp and I’m glad I took your advice and did it!! Its great- I still have a lot of experimenting to discover all the features and stuff )

    I upgraded it last night. But I’m not sure if everything went over smoothly. It says it didn’t some things look…weird. Like the fact that my admin panel is left aligned and instead of centrally aligned. And the images on the login page don’t load. I’ll have to investigate further when I get a chance. But so far, I’m digging the new features.
