The last one this year, actually.

Until beginning my new job there will be 10 days of freedom which I will use for my favourite free time activities, such as creating web layouts, chess playing and playing with my shiny new Nintendo DS… (Attention: I am not paid for this sentence). No, it is just that I enjoy it so much. As a child in primary school, I saw a gameboy for the first time (About October 1989). It was a sensation back then, the girl holding the gameboy was surrounded by a large crowd of children being very excited. Going back in time and seeing the past, I find it even more astonishing that now it is even possible to play via Wifi Hotspots.

The orchid theme for Wordpress

As announced in one of my previous posts, I am currently developing a customized version of the orchid theme I am using. It will be widgets ready and therefore more easy to handle. First point when developing a theme is to focus on the using possibilities also for beginners. Wordpress beginners shall find the design well structured, neat and beautiful, as well as easy to use.

Next item on my list is the further processing of my new main website. Many things to accomplish I think;-)

    I love playing games as well but I haven’t got a DS, just waiting for my mum to buy me a PS3 :mrgreen:

    I’m liking the layout. It’s cool and just fresh.

    Now I feel my age, lol. We had an Atari with cartridges when I was a kid, and it was a big draw for the kids in my neighborhood. I actually remember the old SMB being sold at Toy Parade, lol.

    Have fun with your little vacation. I hope you actually get everything done that you wanted to. I usually plan to do all these things and then never get around to it haha.

    Ya I love the Nintendo DS Lite. I’m obsessed with it. It’s the best game system that ever came out. And I’m not getting paid either! Which games do you like?

    My little nieces have a Nintendo Ds but i never did. When i was little we had an Atari and then of course the Nintendo system. My nieces love it though so i can imagine it must be fun to play.
