Sometimes I think I'm bad at it and sometimes I think I did well. I usually choose colors for the main design itself for text and link colors, but sometimes I venture out a little to see if any other colors would look good thrown in there. The way I choose colours for layouts is going through the image with the eye drop option onf PSP and pick colours and add them and mess around till I fnd something that works.
