I survived Friday 13th

Yes I did. For me, there actually is nothing bad about Friday 13th. The weird things always happen on Thursday 12th. No superstitious thoughts or something, I could easily take room number 13 in the hotel, and I happily greet the black cat of one of my friends whenever I see it. My opinion is, that whenever bad things happen to someone on Friday 13, this is because they are so convinced about it in the subconscious mind that they force them to come up.

Last week on saturday my certificate arrived via mail. It was a great relief after having to wait for such a long time. Waiting is one of the things I hate most, apart from spiders.

As you may have noticed, I changed the look of the site to one of my old themes. The reason why is that at the moment I do not seem to like any of the themes I designed since I am working. Maybe I am lacking creativity or something, I just decided to download the old theme again and work on it for some changes, the lists and icons for example.

    I agree with you on those who have bad things happen to them. It’s either a coincidence that those things happened on that day or because that person was so stressed out, s/he caused those things to happen. Bah.

    I didn’t notice it was friday the 13th until it was almost over, but luckily i was wearing my black singlet all that day.. i would have been so spooked if i didn’t.

    Well, everything is pretty much the same like everyday on Friday 13. Why do people just think it’s so unlucky.

    How true about the subconscious mind thing! But people actually tested the number 13 with Friday before and unfortunate things happen. I read it somewhere but I forgot what the examples were. But really, really creepy.

    I know me too! I think I ran out of creative juices as well. I was working on this new layout that features Brad Pitt and ugh…I hate the whole idea again. I don’t know what to do anymore :hmph: Oh and I hate waiting and I hate spiders as well. They give me the creeps. Nothing really spectacular happened on my Friday the 13th. :thinking:

    I definitely agree about Friday the 13th. I think if you go into something expecting something bad to happen, it’s more likely to happen. It’s kind of like when people are already having a bad day, and then something else bad happens and it seems about a million times worse than it really is. :thinking:
